COVID-19 Response

We wanted to take this opportunity to update you on our new procedures as we all navigate physical distancing to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

Documents you need to get to us can be mailed, emailed, or uploaded to a secure portal. They can also be dropped off at the office, but the procedure will be a little different. There is a note on the door that explains our procedures.  To drop off your information please place on the desk in the office.  The building is open Mon-Fri from 6am-6pm and Sat 8am-1pm.  If you drop off outside of our office hours of Mon-Thu 8:30-5:30 and Fri 8:30-5:00, you are welcome to slide your envelope under the door.  The building management does require masks in all common areas.

We will continue to process your tax returns, but we will no longer have the option to speak face to face with a preparer if you choose to pick up your returns or original documents. If you are used to picking up your returns and documents from the office please call ahead and we can leave your package on the desk for pickup. 

We do have a SECURE client portal available for you. You can upload documents to us through your portal and we are able to send your completed tax return to your portal. Please let us know if you would like us to set up a secure
client portal for you. If you currently use email to send us documents and receive your tax return that is still acceptable.

When your return is complete we still need you to return to us your signed 8879 (which we will include when the returns are finished) before we can e file the returns.

Your preparers are all available by phone! If you have a question the front desk can transfer the call directly to your preparer.

Paul will be available for phone and video appointments. The front desk can schedule those appointments for you.
